Thirteen residents of the Village at Legacy Park have hired an attorney to represent them in the ongoing noise issues from the Spirit Bank Center.  The attorney and a professional sound engineer will meet with the Bixby City Council on January 26.  Please stay tuned for further information about this upcoming meeting.
