Tom Ladner, attorney for Legacy Park, filed a motion to intervene in the dispute between Bixby and Tulsa on behalf of the homeowners at yesterday\'s hearing.  The motion was granted by Judge Thornbrugh despite the objectiions of both defendents in the case.  The judge gave the defendents till Jan. 20 for expedited discovery and granted a continuance till Jan 27 on the issue.  In the meantime, he admonished both sides in the case to attempt to work out a solution to storm management issues.  More information is available on request.
