The second meeting of the Legacy Park board was held on February 3.  At that meeting it was reported that 75% of the residents had paid dues for 2009.  Very few outstanding payments remain at this time and the board is taking action to secure as much of the dues as is possible.

 

In addition, about 1/3 of the households in the neighborhood are registered on the new Legacy Park website.  Please encourage your friends and neighbors to register.

 

Legacy Park continues to fare better than other neighborhoods in the area regarding foreclosures as was mentioned at the meeting.  Other topics discussed at the meeting included the Spirit Center sound issue and the drainage proposal agreement between the City of Bixby and the City of Tulsa.  See more on that below.  Our capital program is underway and work has begun on new decorative lighting for both entrances to the neighborhood.  New pool rules were also approved and have been posted on the website.
