bored kids out of school, workers driving through or other persons of interest. White work van was spotted out front of home with no side windows. Bixby Police have been made aware of the situation and please report problems to the police so that authorities can track a pattern of theft in effort to rectify the situation. Quite often these items will turn up in pawn shops within 2-4 weeks as the it is liquidated for cash. Pawn shops are able to forward sales tickets to the police which intern flags them a descriptoin matching the stolen items have been sold.  This increases the odds stolen items can be returned to the original owners.  Craigslist is also a likely place items are listed for resale.
